DIY Halloween Brooms for Under 7 Dollars
This Halloween I had a little something special in mind for my front porch. For my special, top secret idea I needed a few Halloween brooms. I had couple of brooms already for inspiration and set out to make my very own version.

Broom on the left from my stash of Halloween decor, broom on the right from the Wizards, Witches, and Wands Festival in Mullica Hill.
Spoiler alert, this is so simple!

Will wanted to start with a big stick.
Materials
Stick – Free
Grape Vine – $6.57
I actually bought my grapevine for $4.50 from Creamy Acres, but this is the lowest price I could find online.
Step 1
First, trim your stick down to the desired size of your broom.

We didn’t want our brooms too tall.
Step 2
Fold and bend your grapevine up into equal sections.

Step 3
Cut the sections. I used outdoor garden clippers and made 5 sections per broom

Step 4
The final step is to use the wire that came wrapped around your grapevine sections to secure your grapevine to the stick. I preferred to swoop all of my grapevine so that it was flowing in the same direction.

Wrap your grapevine wire around the broom to secure the grapevine.
The Finished Product
And there you have it! A super simple way to make a Halloween broom for under 7 dollars! I was able to make about 3 brooms from one grapevine roll.

This broom almost looks fit for a wizard. Don’t you think?
